Cannellini bean spread

Serve on bread with sprouts and chopped spring onion
I finally nailed a great white bean spread, am so excited! This recipe is so delicious, speedy and simple to make.
1 can drained cannellini beans
2 cloves garlic
3 – 5 small florets of broccoli
1 tbsp flaxseed oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
Blend all ingredients together, add a little water if required. Et volià, that’s it!
A heavenly spread!
