3 frozen chopped bananas

1 cup frozen blueberries

Let the fruit defrost for an hour or so and then blend together. That’s it! It really is that simple!

Serve with chopped nuts, a few extra blueberries mixed in agave syrup and date purée

No sugar, no gluten and no dairy!

1 cup of mixed nuts (I used brazil nuts and hazelnuts)

1 tbsp organic cocoa powder

1 tsp vanilla essence

12 – 14 large organic medjool dates soaked in water

Pinch of Himalaya salt

Blend all ingredients in  a food processor. Roll into little balls and flatten on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 170 C

This is my great recipe for fruity porridge. Healthy, delicious and easy!

A real breakfast treat, healthy and satisfying

2 tbsp Flax seeds

1 tbsp Chia seeds

1/2 Cup of water

1 Apple (chopped)

1 Peach (chopped)

1 Banana

Blend the flax seeds and the chia seeds with the water. Add the apple and the peach. Then add the banana. Add more water if needed.

Enjoy with grated apple and your favourite syrup.

*You can also  soak the flax seeds before hand, in this case use less water when blending.

Enjoy with ginger tea

2 cups fresh almond pulp

2 tsp  baking powder

4 tbsp oats

spice it up with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger

1 tsp vanilla essense

3 medjool dates

1 large tbsp peanut butter

1 large tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp dried coconut flakes

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp flax seeds

Stevia drops to sweeten if necessary

Makes 12

Blend all ingredients together in a food processor

Add and pulse desired dried fruit. (I used goji berries, raisons and prunes)

Roll into balls and flatten on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 170 C for 20 – 30 minutes.

There are so many possibilities with this recipe … one could also add orange zest, chocolate chips and, or, raw cocoa powder.

3 dl soy milk

3 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla essense

pinch of salt

1 – 2 tbsp raw cocoa powder

1 tbsp cacao nibs*

A few stevia drops to sweeten

Blend all the ingredients in a food prosessor. Decorate with chopped nuts or orange rind. Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours. That’s it! Delicious and healthy!

Serves 2 – 4

* Cacao nibs are the crushed seeds of the cacao plant from which chocolate is made.

You’ll never eat a mars bar or a snickers bar again after you have tasted these guilt free scrumptious treats. Your kids will love them too.

So yummy… and healthy!

1 cup of mixed nuts – this recipe uses cashews, almonds and hazelnuts.

1 tsp vanilla essence

7 – 8 large organic medjool dates

Blend in  a food processor. Roll into little balls and refridgerate for a couple of hours.

Opptional: coat with dried shredded coconut.

Almond butter

Blend desired almonds in blender until very fine. Add a little almond oil and water to bind.

Flavour with vanilla seeds and stevia for a sweet nutty treat on toast.

So simple…

Fry the bananas in coconut oil over medium heat. Add chopped almonds after you have turned the bananas. Remove from pan when golden.

Serve with chopped dark chocolate.

A great dessert or a fab breakfast!
