Easy and healthy green breakfast  smoothie. This green smoothie is a great way to kick start your body and your day. Just blend the following together.

2 large pears

2 bananas

2 handfuls of baby spinach

1/2 to 1 cup of water

juice of 1/2 lemon

If you use organic ingredients it will be even tastier and healthier. Try it, you won’t even taste the spinach!

Throw in a handhul of berries (blue, black or strawberries) and you’ll be wanting this every morning.
