1 cup of mixed nuts (I used brazil nuts and hazelnuts)
1 tbsp organic cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
12 – 14 large organic medjool dates soaked in water
Pinch of Himalaya salt
Blend all ingredients in a food processor. Roll into little balls and flatten on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at 170 C
