This is my great recipe for fruity porridge. Healthy, delicious and easy!
2 tbsp Flax seeds
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1/2 Cup of water
1 Apple (chopped)
1 Peach (chopped)
Blend the flax seeds and the chia seeds with the water. Add the apple and the peach. Then add the banana. Add more water if needed.
Enjoy with grated apple and your favourite syrup.
*You can also soak the flax seeds before hand, in this case use less water when blending.
